Product information about our clothes and accessories
All of the clothes and accessories from our selection are elaborately described with detailed product information and several photos. You can search for clothes by your child’s size, by your favourite brand, or by whether your child is a baby, boy, or girl. The navigation tool is on the list on the left-hand side of the page. When you click on the small photos, a larger window will open with more detailed info. You can place these clothes in your shopping basket simply by clicking on the icon. In your shopping basket you will have an overview of the articles you have already added.
Prices of our clothes and accessories
We try to always show our product information as completely and accurately as possible. Our prices include VAT. For an order of less than 150 euros, there will be an additional shipping fee. These costs will all be shown very clearly before you place your order. If your order is for at least 150 euros, the shipping will be completely free! You can find more info about this in the section 'Payment' on this page.
Photo technology of our clothes and accessories
We try to give you as accurate a picture of our items with our photos. However, the colour of the photo may sometimes be slightly different from the actual colour. If you have any questions about this, or you want to know if that pink shirt and those greens pants will match, please don’t hesitate to email us about this at: (info@pepatino.be) or give us a call at: +32 53 78 08 68. Sizes
You don’t know what size to pick? We can help you with our sizing chart. If the sizes fit a bit larger or smaller, this will be mentioned as clearly as possible on the product description. If a particular size is no longer in stock, you will simply not be able to order it. When a particular item or size is sold out, we generally will not get it in again. Therefore, any item that you can order will be in stock and will be available immediately. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

Placing your order
You can pay for the items you have placed in your shopping cart by clicking on 'pay'. If you are a new customer, you can enter your data here and choose a personal password. If you have ordered from us before, you can login (by entering your email address) and use the same password you used for your previous order, so that you don't have to enter your data again. You can change your password and login on our website at 'customer data'.
Placing your order by phone
The easiest way to order our clothes is on our website. We ensure a safe and reliable internet environment and payment method. If you are not comfortable shopping on the internet, you also have the option of placing your order by phone. The number for this is +32 53 78 08 68. We will go over your order with you and take care of the rest.

Gift service
Gifting your order
Do you want your order to be a gift? This is certainly an option! You simply enter the address of the person to whom the gift is being sent as the delivery address. When you are placing your order, you can check off that you want to send your order as a gift. For an additional charge of 2 euros, we will gift-wrap it for you and also include a card with your name on it.
Do you want to give someone a gift but let them choose for themselves? Then a gift certificate is the ideal solution. You can choose between gift certificates of 10, 20, 30 or 50 euros (following the normal procedure of placing it in your shopping basket). At your request, we will either send it to your address, or to the lucky person’s home, complete with gift-wrap. Please note: you can only use one gift certificate per order, the gift certificates cannot be accumulated with other promotions or discounts, and the gift certificates cannot be split up.
Using a gift certificate or discount coupon
On each gift certificate or discount coupon you can find a code that you can add to your shopping baske when ordering. Don’t forget to confirm this code right away, then your discount or gift credit will be calculated at once. Discounts or gift certificates can only be used once and cannot be split up and they cannot be accumulated with other promotions, discounts or gift certificates. You can also use the gift certificate immediately at its whole value; possible remainders will not be paid out.

Shipping fees
After you have entered all you data, you can pay. The prices of the items do not include shipping fees. Due to fixed shipping fees at Pepatino, the rate is reasonable DPD.
- Is your order for more than 150 euros? Then you don’t pay any shipping fees in Belgium, 6.5 euros shipping fees to the Netherlands and Luxembourg, 8.95 euros for the rest of Europe and 19.95 euros for the rest of the world.
- Is you order for less than 150 euros? Then you will pay 4.5 euros for shipping fees in Belgium, 6.5 euros shipping fees to the Netherlands and Luxembourg, 8.95 euros for the rest of Europe and 19.95 euros for the rest of the world.
Payment methods
Before you can pay, you will get a clear overview of the purchase and shipping costs. Pepatino collaborates with its partner Ogone (www.ogone.be), who guarantees a safe payment environment. You can therefore pay us online without any worries.
You can choose from four 100% safe and reliable payment methods:
- Visa or MasterCard: if you choose to pay by credit card, you can choose between Visa or Master Card. This is done via a SSL-protected server, who will send your credit card data encrypted. Your data will be verified instantly by the credit card company who will authorize your payment within a few seconds. Pepatino will immediately receive confirmation of your payment and we will quickly get your package ready for sending.
- Bancontact/Mister Cash: this method also guarantees fast processing. From our site you will be referred to the Ogone site, where you can enter your data. The amount will be taken off your account instantly and Pepatino can immediately get your package ready for sending.
- Online banking KBC/ING/Dexia (only in Belgium): you can also opt to pay by your own familiar banking method, if you have an online banking account with KBC, ING or Dexia. At our site, you choose your own bank and from our website you will be safely connected to your own online bank platform and will be able to process the payment there. The bank will ask you to enter some data and will also ask you to authorize the payment. The amount will be transferred from your account to ours instantly. Pepatino will immediately receive a message that your order has been paid and we can immediately begin to get your order ready for sending. In order to use this payment method, you will need to have your bank card and possible ID for internet banking ready.
- Bank transfer: if you’d rather not pay online, you can also pay by bank transfer. After you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us with all the payment data. You will then have 10 days to transfer the amount to us by bank transfer, to account number 001-6878256-62 (you will also find this account number on the order confirmation). As soon as we have received the payment, we will get your package ready and send it right away. If we have not received your payment after 10 days, we will send you a reminder by email. If we do not receive a response to this within 3 days, we will return the items to sales and cancel your order. For foreign bank transfers, don’t forget to use our BIC (GEBABEBB) and IBAN (BE51 0016 8782 5662) data. You will also find these on the order confirmation.

Confirmation
Immediately after you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which will contain all the information about your order. As soon as we have received your payment, we get your package ready for sending. We try to send the package as quickly as possible, usually within 1 or 2 business days. If you place your order before 4:00 p.m., and you pay online, we guarantee that we will send your package the next day.

Delivery
Sending your package
For Belgium: as soon as we have received your payment, we will get your package ready for sending. Within 1 or 2 business days after receipt of your payment, we will send your package, using parcel post DPD. The package will then be delivered to your door within 3 business days after receipt of payment. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification and you will be able to pick up the parcel at the post office. If you prefer, you could always enter your work address or the address of a neighbour or friend.
For the Netherlands or Luxembourg: as soon as we have received your payment, we will get your package ready for sending. Within 1 or 2 business day after receipt of your payment, we will send your package, using parcel post DPD. The package will be delivered to the door by DPD, within 3 business days. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notice in your mailbox and your package will be offered again on the next business day. This is done twice. After this, you can pick it up yourself from the post office. If you prefer, you can always enter your work address or the address of a neighbour or friend.
Rest of Europe: as soon as we have received your payment, we prepare your package to send it. Within 1 or 2 days after having received your payment, we send your package using package posting DPD. DPD will deliver the package at your home, within 6 working days. When you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in your post box and you will be able to collect the package in your post office. If you want, you can also send the package to your work address or to a neighbour.
Rest of the World: as soon as we have received your payment, we prepare your package to send it. Within 1 or 2 days after having received your payment, we send your package using package posting DPD. DPD will deliver the package at your home, within 10 working days. When you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a written notification in your post box and you will be able to collect the package in your post office. If you want, you can also send the package to your work address or to a neighbour.
Checking the status of an order
You can check the status of your order online, so that you will know what is going on with your package. For this you must report to our shop, with your login (this is your email address) and the password you have chosen. Under Customer data> My orders, you will see the status of your order. As soon as we have sent a package, you will also find a tracking number here, which you can use to check the status of your package on the site of De Post (www.post.be/track/).

Exchange/Return
Exchanging/returning an order
If the clothes you have ordered turn out to be too small or too large, you have the right to either exchange them or return them. This also applies if you notice upon receipt that the items are damaged. You must always inform us of this in writing (by email at info@pepatino.be). The item must be returned within 10 business days in the original packaging, and must be undamaged and unused. It must also have sufficient postage and be sent along with the invoice and an accompanying letter to our address:

Returned packages that we have not been notified of or which do not have sufficient postage, will not be credited! Items bought during the sale period cannot be returned.
Items that are returned to us under the conditions as described above will be refunded by us within ten business days. Shipping costs incurred either by us or by you will not be compensated. You will only receive the purchase price minus the shipping costs. If it is concerning an item that was sent erroneously by Pepatino, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs.
Cancelling a purchase
As a consumer, you have the right to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase, without paying a penalty and without giving a reason, within seven business days from the day following the day of the delivery. If you want to use this right, you must return the goods at your own risk and cost to:
